Sorry I Missed Your Funeral

Fired on a Tuesday for writing greeting cards that made strangers cry in the wrong way, Bette Shanahan takes a second phone call that finishes off the same morning: her father has died in Bruges, a city she didn't know he lived in. She flies over to collect his ashes and settle his affairs. What she finds instead is a box of her mother's old letters, a suspicious amount of cash, and a town full of people who each knew a completely different Clive Shanahan.
