The Diamond Pit

A dead man's strongbox holds no diamonds—only accusations. In 1873, young English geologist Abel Wickham arrives in the brutal diamond settlement of Kimberley to replace a surveyor who vanished without a trace. What he finds instead is a locked box of sealed letters, each naming a different townsperson's crimes.
