Ten strangers step aboard a crewless luxury yacht in Lisbon, each lured by the promise of an exclusive Atlantic crossing — none suspecting they share a deadly secret. Patrick Crowley, a retired Dublin building inspector, recognizes the connection first: every passenger helped build, approve, or supply the Porto apartment block whose collapse killed nineteen people four years ago.
